Your right to cancel (EU customers)
As a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Before you proceed
Most customers find our returns portal quicker and easier to use. If for any reason you need to return an item, we accept returns within 100 days of receipt through our standard returns portal, as long as the item is in its original condition. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
If you'd prefer to use the formal withdrawal process, you can do so using the button below. You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once submitted, you'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
Please note:
- You have 14 days from the date you received your order to submit a withdrawal request
- Once we receive your request, you have a further 14 days to return the goods
- We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Items not in their original condition, including packaging, tags and labels.
