SUMMIT TACTICAL PRIVACY POLICY
Summit Tactical is the trading name of Brigantes Consulting Ltd.
In accordance with the latest EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - May 2018)
Summit Tactical is committed to ensuring that we look after the personal data you share with us and that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we use the information you give us, how we keep it safe and secure and how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of or remove that information.
The information we collect and how we use it
a. When you register with us or request any of our services we need to know:
- Your name, business name and address and post code. We need this to register any contract between us and send any formal documents by post as and when required.
- Your telephone number(s). For continued communications, or if there are any problems, or we need to check anything, we need to be able to contact you quickly.
- Your email address(es). As with the above we use email addresses for regular communication and in the near future to submit invoices.
If you have agreed to receive marketing communications these may also be sent by email or post.
We gather this information to allow us to process your registration, communicate with you and process sales. The relevant information is then retained by Summit Tactical unless you instruct us to remove it.
If you write to us we may keep a record of the correspondence.
b. We will not share or pass your data to anyone else unless:
- That person or organisation is acting on our behalf. For example, your address and contact details will be given to third-party carriers and postal fulfilment providers to enable deliveries to be completed.
- We are required by the law to do so.
c. We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
d. From time to time we may provide your information to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the services we provide. We or our agents may contact you by post, e-mail or telephone to ask you for your feedback and comments on our services.
e. From time to time we may also wish to provide you with information about special features of our website, promotions, or any other service or products we think may be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an e-mail message to comms@summittactical.com.
Access your information
You have the right access your personal data we have on file. In order to see this please email comms@summittactical.com with your request and you will receive a response within one month of the date of your request.

Billpay’s/Klarna’s payment options. In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options and to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s and BillPay’s privacy notices.
For Direct bank transfer, your personal data such as contact and order details, will be processed by Klarna.
For Pay Now (SOFORT Direct Banking), your personal data such as contact and order details, will be processed by Klarna.
Protection of your personal data
a. We know it is important to protect and manage all personal data.
b. Your personal data is stored electronically. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption to protect our database. This is only accessed by responsibly trained Summit Tactical personnel and/or our third-party IT support providers who will also access the servers and the data from time to time.
c. We will not pass personal data to anyone else unless that person is acting on our behalf, you give us express consent, or we are required by law to do so.
d. Whilst we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data, it should be noted that we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data that you transfer over the internet to us.
Your rights
a. You have the right to have your personal information erased from our data base. If you wish to do so, then please email us at comms@summittactical.com.
b. Likewise, you have the right to view, update or restrict the personal data we have for you on our data base. If you wish to do so, then please email us at comms@summittactical.com.
Data retention
This Privacy Policy sets out how we use and protect your data.
We will not keep your personal information for any purpose for longer than is necessary and will only retain the personal information that is necessary in relation to the purpose of transacting business with you. We are also required to retain certain information as required by law or for as long as is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions.
We will keep your information for the length of any prospective or contractual relationship you have with us, and thereafter for a period of up to 6 years unless you specifically request to have it erased. Contact comms@summittactical.com if you wish to do so.
We may retain your data for a short time beyond the specified retention period, to allow for information to be reviewed and any deletion to take place. In some instances, laws may require Summit Tactical to hold certain information for specific periods other than that listed above.
Your consent
a. When you submit your information, we will specifically request that you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy.
b. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page and may place notices on other pages of the website, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. If you do not agree with any such changes you can withdraw your consent as set out under ‘Your rights’ above.
