*Next Working Day and Saturday delivery methods are not available for any Northern Ireland and Highlands addresses. Deliveries to these areas usually take 2 - 4 days from despatch.

Due to recent changes in US customs regulations — including restrictions on certain performance materials such as Gore-Tex — we’re unable to ship orders to the United States at this time.
We’re actively working to restore US shipping and apologise for any inconvenience.

Large volume International bespoke orders: For large volume international orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order. The final delivery cost will be confirmed and reflected in your quote.

Forwarding Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not ship to forwarding addresses Internationally or within the UK (with the exception of BFPO addresses).

BFPO Addresses

We deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. Items shipped to BFPO addresses are VAT exempt if certain conditions are met. We will automatically process a VAT refund on BFPO orders 30 days after the item has been despatched from our warehouse. Please note we can only track BFPO orders as far as the BFPO sorting office. Next Day deliveries to BFPO addresses are delivered to the Ruislip sorting office Next Day, not to the final destination.

How to add a BFPO Address at the delivery stage of the checkout?
Follow this format when adding a BFPO address into the Delivery section on the checkout:

First Name: SERVICE NUMBER, RANK or TITLE, and FIRST NAME
Last Name: LAST NAME
Address: UNIT or REGIMENT or HM SHIP
Second Line of Address (Apartment, suite, etc. optional): OPERATION (if deployed)
City: BFPO number
Postcode: BFPO Postcode

How do I know when my order has been despatched?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number (for tracked services) and tracking link where you will be able to keep up to speed with progress. Summit Tactical despatches orders Monday to Friday and endeavours to despatch the same day of order if placed before 1200 GMT. 

International Delivery

Please note: We are unable to send any Goal Zero, Team Wendy or Gatorz products outside of the UK. We are only able to send Hilleberg tents to the UK and Europe (except Sweden).
We are currently unable to ship orders to Russia and Ukraine.

Who pays for international customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You'll be contacted by our delivery partner by SMS or email regarding any import and duty charges that you need to pay.

Summit Tactical has no control over these charges. Local customs offices determine these charges and Summit Tactical has no way of knowing what these charges may be in advance. Please contact your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

Summit Tactical is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.

If you refuse, decline or we are unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts or should you refuse to pay the import duties for your order, the order may be destroyed or returned to us. Where the order is returned to us your refund may be subject to return fees, taxes, duty, and admin charges. Where the order is destroyed, unfortunately, we may not be able to provide a refund.

Summit Tactical is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service. Summit Tactical is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Summit Tactical to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. 

International Order Returns
If a product has been ordered, that needs to be returned due to incorrect sizing, the customer will need to place a new order on the website and is responsible for any additional import taxes and duties (including VAT) incurred on subsequent shipments. Please try to ensure the correct size is ordered in the first instance, to minimise the risk of receiving a product that doesn’t fit. if help is needed to determine which size is appropriate, please email comms@summittactical for advice.

My order contains a back order item - when will it be despatched?
Mainland UK: Back order items will be shipped separately from any items in your order that are in stock. The estimated date they will be despatched is displayed on the product page, in the cart and on your order confirmation email. You will also be notified once the back ordered item has been despatched.
Highlands, Islands, Europe and Rest of World: Orders that contain a back order item will be shipped as one shipment and will be despatched once all items are in stock.
